Breast Reduction
Women with unusually large, sagging, uneven breasts are not satisfied with their physical appearance. Thousands of women with these problems have been helped through a procedure called BREAST REDUCTION or REDUCTION MAMMOPLASTY. The procedure is designed to improve the body contour, reduce pain, rashes and to make the individual more comfortable when engaging in physical activities of daily life. Most insurance companies reimburse for this procedure.
Breast Reconstruction
Breast reconstruction is designed to offer women who undergo mastectomies a choice for restoration of breasts. For many women, this option is of utmost importance for restoring self-esteem and total body wholeness. The procedure entails several techniques that can be tailored for each patient’s individual needs. Experience in performing breast reconstruction is of utmost importance in obtaining the desired aesthetic outcomes.
Breast Lift
This procedure is designed to elevate and reshape the breast. The size of the areola can also be reduced through the procedure. Mastopexy is often performed in conjunction with surgery designed to enlarge the breasts.
Breast Augmentation
Women with small, underdeveloped or asymmetrical breasts may choose to undergo breast augmentation, a safe, effective surgical procedure designed to improve the contour of a woman's body by implanting specially designed materials beneath the breast or chest wall.
Male Breast Reduction (Gynecomastia)
Certain males demonstrate overgrowth of breast tissue causing increased masses of the breast as well as embarrassment. Overgrowth of male breast tissue (gynecomastia) can be treated with a surgical technique that removes the excess tissue allowing the patient to have a normal chest appearance. Some insurance carriers will cover the expense of this surgical procedure.
