Facelift
This procedure involves the tightening of facial and neck and skin muscles, and the removal of excess skin. The goal of the surgery is to produce a pleasing natural appearance.
Cosmetic Surgery of the Eyes (Blepharoplasty, forehead and brow lifts)
For the human face, the eyes account for a large portion of it as well as the definition of the face. The contour around the eyes, as well as the skin of the eyes and the eyelids, change as we age. We begin to see wrinkle effects, deep lines, as well as puffiness involving the upper and lower lids. Today, several very good surgical procedures including blepharoplasty, forehead and brow lifts, have been developed to eliminate and improve many of these problems. Blepharoplasty is used to correct sagging eyelid skin as well as excess folds and fat. Brow and forehead lifts are designed to raise the eyebrows and reduce ridges and furrows on the forehead, thus creating a smoother, more youthful appearance. Some insurance companies may pay part of the surgical cost of the upper lid blepharoplasty, but each insurance company is different.
Facial Liposuction
Patients who have heredity of double chin and who is not overweight have problems with their face looking too round, as well as sagging jowls. The facial liposuction involves the removal of specific areas of localized fat deposits and is usually performed alone or it could be performed in conjunction with other facelift type surgeries and chin lifts. Many women with good skin are excellent candidates for this. The surgery is very uncomplicated and can give a very excellent result. There are certain inherent risks involved with any surgery, which should be thoroughly discussed with our physician.
Fat Transplantation
Today, because of modern technology, there are several excellent procedures available to correct skin defects such as deep furrows and wrinkles of the face, as well as depressions of the body caused by previous trauma. Also by using autologous (from the same individual) FAT TRANSPLANTATION, correction can easily be performed by fat transfer. The procedure also can be considered for aesthetic results, including augmentation of certain parts of the body including the face, neck and buttock regions. Minimum pain is connected with the procedure, and any discomfort is controlled by oral medication.
Protruding Ears (Otoplasty)
Cosmetic surgery of the ears or OTOPLASTY is performed for patients who have protruding ears. Otoplasty is designed to change their shape and contour which dramatically improves the physical and psychological welfare of the patient.
Cosmetic Surgery of the Nose
Cosmetic surgery of the nose (rhinoplasty) is performed for men and women who are both dissatisfied with the shape and size of their noses but who also have problems with breathing. Rhinoplasty is a surgical procedure in which deformities of the nose are corrected by removing, rearranging or reshaping the bone and cartilage. The ultimate goal is to improve the appearance of their face through this procedure.
